Who We Are
Collaborative Access Studio, Inc. (CAS), is a California-based consultant services firm founded in March 2019. We provide comprehensive federal and state accessibility expertise, on behalf of corporate, governmental, and higher education clients. Our goal is to empower these clients to understand and successfully enhance accessibility of their facilities. In partnership with our clients, we help create better places to live, work, play, and learn.
For more than a decade — and presently as part of CAS — senior members of our team have worked together to manage a broad spectrum of accessibility facility evaluations, plan reviews, and code analyses for public and private entities throughout California. We are a provider of technical assistance to attorneys and other clients to assist in the resolution of lawsuits, complaints, and claims related to state and federal access laws.
Our firm is led by Company President, Glenn Dea, AIA, ADAC, CASp (#023 – 2008), a licensed architect in the states of California and Utah, and an ICC-certified accessibility inspector/plans examiner. Glenn has been employed in the architecture and construction industry since 1988.
